This notice covers the Claristage website and messages about the prototype. Updated: 6 November 2026.

Messages and replies

When you use the form or email us, we receive your email address, message, and the time of your request. Email also includes the sender name and attachments you provide. Please include only information needed for your question.

We use these details to respond about Claristage. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering requested inquiries under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. We do not add you to a mailing list.

Sending a message is voluntary. We need a reply address to answer you. We keep messages for up to 12 months, unless you request earlier deletion and no legal reason requires retention.

Hosting, delivery, and security

Cloudflare hosts the site and handles email delivery. Messages reach a personal Gmail inbox provided by Google. We do not publish your address or message.

Cloudflare processes connection data, including IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site. The contact form uses temporary rate-limit counters to reduce abuse. The application does not store form messages in a website database.

Our legal basis for these security measures is our legitimate interest in operating a secure, available website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Cloudflare and Google can process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. For certified US recipients, the providers describe the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. They also describe standard contractual clauses for applicable transfers.

Your choices and rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data, subject to the GDPR conditions. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons related to your situation. Contact demo@claristage.com or use the form.

You can complain to a data protection authority, including the Austrian Datenschutzbehörde. We do not make automated decisions about you.

Browser preferences

The site stores your selected theme in your browser. We have not added visitor analytics or advertising trackers.
